i am Hamdeno Mideso graduated by BA degree in rural development from Ambo university  with a very great distinction on June 30/2012and working now in kolfe atena tera technical and vocational and educational and training  institute to bring quality development . since i am graduated at a time when my country need me badly to work for growth and transformation plan i decided  to work for my  country"s   sustainable development. this is unthinkable without development of human resource.  since i am part of human resource development i am looking for MA in development studies and agriculture related area of specialization. my competence and confidence are  guarantee for me else where for my academic  and any performance .

                EVEN THOUGH I HAD THIS WONDERFUL RESULTS, IT'S BEEN
VERY DIFFICULT TO HAVE MY UNIVERSITY EDUCATION DUE TO FINANCIAL
DIFFICULTIES. FROM MY RESULTS IT IS OBVIOUS I HAVE A GREAT INTEREST IN
